Haoran Wu
Wu is the leader of the team, responsible for part measurement. He introduced single-stranded variable antibody scfv targeting liver cancer cells to the fiber protein of adenovirus, and developed 'expmeasure' R package for part characterization.
Yongyin Wang
Wang is responsible for the test of the differences related to our projecct of between Hek293 and HepG2, and the design and construction of sponge and 3UTR.
Jiangchu Lei
Lei put forward to the idea of improving the specificity and efficiency of the infection based on the specific replication and participated in cell culture.He is responsible for overall design and development of human practices.
Zhuo Mao
Mao is responsible for the test of the specificity and efficiency of the infection, and participated in cell culture and transfection.
Longshuang Hu
Hu put forward the way of the immune camouflage of the virus.
Jiou Cheng
Cheng is responsible for the test of the function of TLR9i and participated in cell culture.
Guanrui Huang
Huang is responsible for the design and test of the killing mechanism targeted liver cancer cells.
Boyan Zhang
Zhang is responsible for the test of the killing mechanism targeted liver cancer cells, and was involved in part measurement and cell culture.
Linhe Yang
Yang introduced single-stranded variable antibody scfv targeting liver cancer cells to the fiber protein of adenovirus and he is responsible for the part measurement.
Yichen Wang
Wang is responsible for the modeling of the whole project.
Yufei Huang
Huang is responsible for the website frame construction.
Ziyuan Che
Che is the leader of dry lab and is responsible for the hardware and its corresponding software for clinical diagnosis of liver cancer based on AFP and cytology.
Xiangjing Chen
Chen is responsible for the design of all the pages and graphics for the wiki and the production of the videos.

Our team is very grateful to have received support from the following mentors.

Prof. Ming Chen, the PI of our team, organized members to brainstorm and played a soul role in the final session. As one of our indefatigable spiritual sources, he provided general advice on the experiments when we faced setbacks.
Associate Prof. Fan Yang, the PI of our team, provided the experimental place, guided the expermential skills and ensured laboratory safety for the wet lab and was responsible for the basic supplies of the laboratory.
