iGEM2021 IISER_Mohali team fully complies with the iGEM's lab safety rules and security policies of the iGEM competition. All experiments of our iGEM project were conducted in ethically cleared labs with all necessary permits under the regulation of the Department of Biotechnology (DBT) Government of India and strictly followed the Biosafety Level - 1 standards. All our team members were well trained by our student mentors and instructors to conduct these experiments safely. Our advisors also advised us on how to use the instruments and chemicals in our laboratory safely.
