Rice straw decomposition
Use four kinds of cellulose to decomposition rice straw, in order to get more sugar in the solution.
The result of the DNS reagent shows that, with cellulose, the sugar in solution is higher.

Sow the seed of Arabidopsis.
1. Inoculation.
Inoculate Arabidopsis with Bacillus subtilis RM125/PQQ and Bacillus subtilis RM125. Control group only inoculated water.
2. Sow the seed of Arabidopsis
Record the phenotype of Arabidopsis.
The result shows that Bacillus subtilis RM125 with PQQ plasmid improved the growth of Arabidopsis. But the sample size was small this time. We need to repeat this experiment again and increase the sample size.

Inoculation
Inoculate Arabidopsis with the supernatant of Bacillus subtilis RM125/PQQ and Bacillus subtilis RM125. Control group only inoculated water.
Inoculation

Record the phenotype of Arabidopsis.

Find the best carbon-nitrogen ratio of the saccharified straw liquid
We think the straw solution lacks nitrogen, bacteria can’t grow well, so we add okara solution to find the carbon nitrogen ratio Bacillus subtilis RM125/PQQ most like.
Mix okara solution and straw solution in different formulas, and use them to culture.
Then find the best formula is 80% okara solution plus 20% straw solution.
Sow the dehull rice seed in MS medium.
Inoculation
Inoculated rice seeding with Bacillus subtilis RM125/PQQ and Bacillus subtilis RM125.
Re-isolation
Record the phenotype of rice.
