Shuoyang Wang

Attribution: As a dry team member and leader, I was mainly responsible for main propaganda works, adjusting the team, and allocating a reasonable amount of works to each of us.



Yantong Chen

Attribution: In this project, I was mainly responsible for promotional work, operating WeChat public account, and organizing our team’s activities such as interviews and bazaar.



Siwei Luo

Attribution: I’m part of the experiment team, I mainly focus on the AGE (agarose gel electrophoresis) experiment which is poisonous and I observe the outcome of the AGE. I’m also doing the PCR experiment.



Yuze Liu

Attribution: In all the experiments, I was mainly responsible for the part of the PCR. Add reagents necessary for PCR. It is then placed into the PCR instrument to set the time temperature as well as the number of cycles. And then I also did a deputy to the gel electrophoresis experiment today. I was responsible for injecting the post PCR DNA reagents into an agarose gel bubbled with TAE electrophoresis fluid. And I also finished the experiment with the partial cutting of the gum.



Jiashu Xu

Attribution: I performed PCR, gel electrophoresis, sampling, and growing bacteria, and extracting DNA from Agarose gel after separating the DNA fragments using gel electrophoresis. I also assisted my team members in performing their experiments and took notes of the experiments.



Sitong Liu

Attribution: In the experiment, I will do some experiments, take some notes and translate some interviews.



Birong Zhang

Attribution: In the Beerjet team, I am responsible for recording experimental data, interviewing experts, writing experimental tweets, and publishing articles. When recording experimental data, I can understand the experiment at a more macro level, so I often help write some experimental reports and wiki. I think that while recording the experimental data and analysis, I can also understand the principles behind the experiment more clearly and connect each step of the experiment to the subject of our experiment.



Xuewei Liu

Attribution: I’m in the wet team, and I’m in an experimental position. In normal life, I can also help the team to communicate and exchange some things.



Hanzhu Guan

Attribution: I work as a dry team member in the iGEM task. So far, I have written an article for our team’s Wechat public account used for promotion. Also, I hosted an expert interview and translated it into English.



Jiao Chuqiao

Attribution: I usually observe the experiments as others operate them, take notes about the ingredients, process, reactions, and results. Also, organizing the information we gathered from both the wet team’s experiment and the dry team’s interview notes.



Wu zhuoyu

Attribution: I'm mainly responsible for plasmid transfer and Nickel column purification parts in order to sucessfully produce and extract targeted enzymes.
