Scientific progress is inseparable from team cooperation. The cooperation and exchange between teams can not only promote the technical development of both sides, but also open an essential bridge for science. In this year's iGEM competition, we found AHUT for in-depth cooperation. We held three online group meetings, introduced our projects and discussed the possibility of future cooperation.
1.The First Online Conference
We contacted each other and had a good exchange on the project background and Inspiration of both sides. In the process, we got a lot of information about each other's projects.
As the incidence rate of breast cancer in women is increasing and younger, AHUT team's project is going to find a new and more effective treatment for breast cancer.
There are some similarities between our team's project and AHUT's plan, which are useful to the research methods of synthetic biology. After this conference, we preliminarily established the content of cooperative experiment.(portal: Team:AHUT_China)
2.The Second Online Conference
We reported the progress of the cooperative experiment, pointed out the problems encountered in the experiment, and discussed the possible errors in the experiment together.
In this conference, we were very satisfied with the cooperation process of both sides and strengthened the communication between both sides. Although there were different opinions in the process, we finally reached an agreement and affirmed the cooperation experimental process of both sides.
3. The Third Online Conference
In this conference, we exchanged the results of the cooperative experiment. Both sides were very satisfied with the results of the cooperative experiment. The two sides also summarized the cooperation and agreed that they had acquired a lot of different knowledge from each other.

Collaboration USTC software
While we were working on the final data analysis, we wrote a software, but the view of the software was very problematic and the graphics were too boring. After we talked to the USTC software team, they assisted us in modifying parts of the application to make the interface more aesthetically pleasing. At the same time, we learned that they were anxious about the accuracy of the predictions and we searched for many proteins to help them.(portal: Team:USTC-Software)
