Overview

        We thank all team members, advisors, instructors, laboratory management teacher, expert teachers, and companies and units that have contributed to iGEM-USTC 2021.

       PI： We thank our instructors for their suggestions on the direction of the subject during the research process and their guidance during the experiment. This is very important for our whole subject.

       Laboratory management teacher: We are very grateful to our laboratory administrator .She has created a good experimental environment for us and purchased many experimental consumables for us, which are indispensable for a project.

       Advisors: We are very grateful to the two advisors, who guided us to complete the design of the subject, helped us analyze the experimental results and improved the experimental conditions. They contributed to the completion of the project a lot.

Existing work
