Implementation

We have been inspired by the excessive paper wastes in our school. Heretofore, we have produced cellulase enzymes to eliminate paper waste in daily life. In the future, cellulase enzymes can be used in many public areas such as airplanes, commercial centres, and enterprises by creating cells specifically for decomposing waste. Cellulase enzymes can also be encapsulated and used as a mobile cleaning material. Samanta et al. has stated in their research that the EGII of Tricodermal ressei is the most effective enzyme to use in biostoning denim clothes and biofinishing cotton textile. In the 1980s and early 1990s, use of cellulase in biofinishing and biopolishing cotton or denim fabrics begun. This resulted in higher quality of facbric—rayon, linen, and cotton—by eliminating fuzz in the surface of cellulose fibrils and micro fibrils. In addition to, or instead of, pumice stone to create stonewash effect in denim garments, Tricodermal Ressei cellulase is used in biostoning. Efficiency of cellulase usage in biostonoing and biofinishing depends on the CMCase enzyme activities of endoglucanases and cellobiohydrolases, in terms efficiency in the hydrolysis process of carboxyl-methyl cellulose

Additionally, cellulase enzymes can be used for shredding cellulose-based materials in space agencies. By providing specialized compartments for this purpose, cellulase can be broken into pieces and the obtained monosaccharides can be re-used.
