Awards and medals
We are proud to announce that we have won a gold medal for our project! In addition, our efforts to ensure the safety of GMO applications have been recognized. Our comprehensive approach to tackle horizontal gene transfer and the escape of GMOs has paid off: together with Marburg, we have won the best safety special prize. We are very grateful and would like to thank everyone who helped us with our project once more. We could not be more happy with the outcome of our project and hope that it may inspire other teams to tackle the topic of biosafety.
