InstructorI am Professor of Biochemistry at Aix-Marseille university and am really excited each year to mentor and organize a new iGEM team. When I am in the lab I work on the assembly of membrane proteins using a variety of biophysical methods.
Julie VIALA
InstructorI'm an associate professor at Aix-Marseille Universitywhere I study bacterial adaptation, pathogenesis and secretion systems and where I teach microbiology, biochemistry, molecular biology and synthetic biology. I am glad to give a hand to the iGEM team in the realization of their project.
Laetitia HOUOT
InstructorAs an associate professor, I share my time teaching biochemistry and synthetic biology at Aix-Marseille University, and studying bacterial adaptation and infection by phages at the LISM (Laboratoire d’Ingenierie des Systèmes Macromoléculaires). Once again this year, I am very impressed by the enthusiasm and energy shown by the students of the team!
