Laboratory Methods
We collected all methods and protocols in a document to allow all future iGEM Teams and other researchers to reproduce the experiments we conducted during our iGEM project. We discuss the protocols in detail to allow you to fully understand our thought processes behind the used methods. We really hope to contribute to the iGEM open source platform, providing relevant scientific data and its background to everyone in the SynBio community.
