Introduction

On this page you can find all the procedures for all the experiments we performed, categorized into six categories: (1) preparations, (2) POC assay- calibration, (3) ORF optimization for B. subtilis , (4) ORF optimization for E. coli, (5) Promoters optimization and (6) GOI abundance test. Additionally, you can find a document with all the primers we used. The experiment’s protocols can be found on the experiments page, while the adjustments to the protocols are addressed on this page in the lab notes of the experiment. The lab notebook was written using Benchling.
