SNAP Tag
The SNAP tag sequence was inserted into the pRSF Duet Plasmid vector plasmid. This tag codes for an antibody at the end of fimH and would bind to markers on the tumor cell.
His Tag
The histidine tag sequence was inserted into the pRSF Duet vector plasmid. This tag codes for consecutive histidine amino acid residues within the fimH gene. The affinity of histidine tags for NiNTA beads will serve as a proof of concept for fimH binding.
katG
This is one of three variations of the gene for the oxyR binding site in the pCZ101221 vector plasmid. This variation places a katG promoter before the oxyR binding site gene.
