    The IGEM team of NNU-China is responsible for almost all aspects of team operation. This year, our team has 16 people, divided into four groups: artists, Wiki, experimental and HP, which work effectively. Our idea was proposed by brainstorming combined with realistic questions, and the idea was improved through human practice activities. In addition, we have communicated and collaborated with many iGEM teams this year. All the work done by our team members and the help received from others has been shown below.

Team members

Yan Xu

    The captain of the overall planning and experimental group; designed and constructed BL21 (DE3)-derived variants with different RBS sequences of T7RNAP; provided materials for demonstration and communication; participated in the production of the presentation video.

Wan-Ting Jiang

    Members of the experimental group; designed and constructed the library of BL21 (DE3) derived variants with different RBS sequences of T7RNAP; participated in the production of the presentation video.

Ke Li

    Members of the experimental group; designed and constructed BL21 (DE3) derived variants with different RBS sequences of T7RNAP; designed badges and uniforms.

Wei Guo

    Members of the experimental group; constructed the gene knockout plasmids; participated in iGEM publicity campaigns.

Juan Liu

    Responsible for Education, Communication activity planning, and publicity activities; participated in material preparation.

An-Qi Tong

    Participated in Education, Communication activities; responsible for some popular science activities; participated in material preparation.

Shao-Yuan Xu

    Designed and completed the wiki structure, communicating with other groups, collected wiki information, inserted the dynamic wiki effects, adjusted the static art design, and uploaded the content. He also participated in the production of the presentation video.

Xin Yu

    Participated in the construction and design of Wiki, and the scientific communication.

Sheng-Yuan shi

    Participated in the construction and design of Wiki, and the scientific communication.

Kai-Ning Liang

    Responsible for the writing of collaboration and partnership materials; participated in some team communication activities.

Wen Ou

    Responsible for the painting design of art group; organized the joint production of picture books; responsible for the operation of NNU-China 2021 WeChat official account.

Xin-Ya Mu

    Participated in the artwork of the project and the preparation of some relevant materials.

Ling-Yun Qin

    Participated in team painting design and the scientific communication.

Yi-Jia Hua

    Organized popular science activities of synthetic biology; participated in some exchange meetings and the preparation of human practice materials.

Wen-Qian Yang

    Participated in materials writing and some interaction meetings.

Shu-Xian Li

    Participated in some expert exchange activities, materials writing, and team discussion and exchange. She also participated in the production of the presentation video.

PIs and Instructors

    Thanks to our Primary PI Dr. Xiaoman Sun for organizing NNU-China and providing lab, materials and instruments.
    We thank our secondary PIs and instructors- Dr. Ye Chao, Dr. Qingzhuo Wang, Dr. Tianqiong Shi and Dr. Yang Gu for their inspiration and guidance from all aspects, put forward general suggestions, and help optimize experiments, manage our laboratory space, and teach us to develop the technology of biology. We thank zijia Li, Zixu Zhang for our technical training and general suggestions for the whole project.

Advisors

    We thank our consultants for their assistance in the team running, project guidance, and experimental support. Dr. He Huang provided theoretical guidance for the entire team project. Special Thanks

   Thanks to Academician Pang Guofang, the lectures he organized inspired us to discover the seriousness of antibiotic abuse and dig into its solutions.
    Thanks to Dr. Lijuan Meng for giving us a fundamental knowledge of the current use of antibiotics.
    Thanks to Prof. Ling Jiang, he affirmed the effectiveness of finding antibiotic alternatives and made the team clear the project target as an antimicrobial peptide in the discussion
