Description
Our assigned part numbers are BBa_K3729000 to BBa_K372999. Our parts collection consists of
Beta-hydroxybutyryl-CoA dehydrogenase sequence and different Butyryl-CoA dehydrogenase sequences as well as
their expression constructs. Different promoters and RBSs are inserted in front of the ORFs and terminators
at the end of the ORFs to form expression constructs upregulating the expression of each enzyme. This parts
collection provides various methods to maximize the synthesis of butyrate and ultimately the binding
activity of vitamin D receptors.
