Our PI, Prof Dr.Fernando Segato has supported us since the beginning of our project, where we were just planning the firsts ideas. His guidance throughout the project, and also making contact with the finance area of our university were essential for our project development. Prof. Dr. André Ferraz gave a lot of support sharing his experience with enzymes, helping with any supplies we needed and with advices.

We would like to thank Cibele Zolnier Sousa do Nascimento for helping us with bureaucratic issues that arose during the project.

We appreciate Yasmin Cristhine de Souza Melo, João Victor André Silveira and Elen Ayumi Kadoguchi for taking care of our mental health.

And also, Lucas Boldrini and André Tomas Vilela Hermann, for all the help with insights and guidance, with his experience through all the projects.


The team iGEM would like to thank the Synthetic and Molecular Biology Laboratory for all the structure provided and the lab people: Paula Macedo Cunha, who also is our instructor, and our advisor Gabriela Berto.

Special thanks to EEL’S Director, Prof. Dr. Silvio Silvério da Silva along with the vice Director Prof. Dr. Durval Rodrigues Junior, whose support were essential to gain funds from our University and making it possible for us to participate on iGEM.

A special thanks for the Synthetic Biology Club members for all the support with the realizations of our events and for Carolina Serino, whose first feedback, helped us for the development of our project.
