General Support
Thanks to our advisor for her help in team running, project guidance and experimental support. Here is her contribution.
Tianyi Zhang
Provided advice on experiments, project design and material preparation.

Lab Support
Our Primary PI, Professor Lingyun Zhu provided us with support of the experiment platform, materials, and equipment. He arranged the overall lab plan.
Our secondary PI, Mr. Xinyuan Qiu helped us troubleshoot our experimental design.
Drs. Lingyun Zhu are the professor in charge of the lab we use in National University of Defense Technology. Thanks to his support for our experimental implements and experimental materials.

Technology support
Our instructor Dr. Wenying Li was in charge of teaching us how to design a plasmid and do research on it by the SnapGene software. She and another instructor, Dr. Lu Min, also introduced us to the basic principles of synthetic biology experiments, as well as some practically experimental operations. Many thanks to our instructor Mr. Chuanyang Liu who help us quite a lot in experiments and our project. Our instructor Dr. Xiaomin Wu provided us with solutions when we faced difficulties during the process of wiki production.

Human Practice Support
We would like to thank Professor Huijie Bian, Professor Zhen Li, Professor Guodong Yang, Professor Zhenzhen Kou, Professor Yi Ru, Professor Hua Han, Professor Wan Huang, Professor Ling Li, Professor Yatong Chen for offering us constructive suggestions.

We started brainstorming in March this year, providing initial ideas for the project. The specific tasks arrangement and schedule planning began in August.
About the synthetic biology course
We are a team from National University of Defense Technology. Our school teaches a synthetic biology course in the form of a compulsory course for bio majors. While for non-bio-majored students, it’s not a compulsory course. However, an iGEM experimental training will be carried out before our project start.
