Meet: We encountered NAU-CHINA at NIA (Nanjing association communication) Meeting
P: Our two teams encountered on the afternoon of May 5th at the NIA meeting
A: At this meeting, our two teams did our own presentations, and I found some commonalities in our projects.
T: I still remember the free communication session after the report, when we talked about the experiments and HP activities, we found that our two teams really had a lot to learn from each other.
A: Oh, yes, fate is so wonderful, thank you for this meeting, let us meet each other.

P: After the meeting, we kept talking for a long time. After mutual communication and understanding, both of us were very willing to establish a Partnership.

Friends: We get to know each other at the first ice-breaking meeting
P: Then we had the first online meeting between the two teams. The purpose of this meeting was to help the members of two teams know each other and strengthen communication.
A: We arranged teams to report and show, so that our partners could know more about our division of labor and project content.
T: Through this meeting, all teams explored areas of interest to each other and established contacts.

1、Regular Session
1) Review
P: After attending the mid-term meeting held by NAU-CHINA, we made a review of the previous meetings in order to help us better summarize the deficiencies and improvements of our two projects.

A: Two teams described the problems found during the mid-term session, respectively.
T: Two teams commented on each other, pointing out each other's advantages and disadvantages.
A: Yes, we got lots of good advice.
T: We also accepted the suggestions from your team, your opinions are very pertinent, Thank you!

2) Co-launching the memorabilia of our two teams
1) Review
P: We personified the images of the two teams, and then prepared to draw the interactive cooperation of the two teams into comic stories and attached real photos. Two team's peripherals include bookmarks, fans, and mouse pads would be distributed during public education.
A: We like this idea, at this meeting we agreed on the production of memorabilia. We proposed to anthropomorphic the image of our two teams and make a pair of cartoon characters. As you see it right now.
T: Ah, we love the idea, which shows a close relationship as partners between our two teams and helps promote such relationship.

2.HP Conference
P: During this summer vacation, we thought about the HP cooperation of two teams. Finally, at a meeting in August, we agreed on two feasible projects, including the promotion of our projects, the cooperation about Music Video of Lab safety and adoption of novel means to promote public education. We got a good feedback in the end.

1) Deciding to promote the projects to each other
P: For Public Education and Science communication, our two teams decided to help each other promote projects in their respective schools.
A: We held a lecture on iGEM in the school, where we introduced our events to the students who were interested in synthetic biology, and also combined the similar aspects of our two teams.
T: We adopted the regular mode of public education, that is, a lecture. The slides were used to introduce the projects of two teams. We provided the bookmarks of two teams during the lecture.
A: In addition, we set up the exhibition on campus and designed the questionnaire. According to the content of the exhibition board and the project, we selected several questions. If the students can review the exhibition board and finish the questionnaire, they will receive a gift from us.
T: Not only can students quickly capture the key information when answering the questions, but also can get a gift. It is also appeal to me!
A: Thank you! We believe that with our collaboration, our projects can not only spread widely, but also receive more feedback from other students. For example, the student on the left hand in the figure 14 said that it was interesting to learn about synthetic biology, and hoped our team to provide more information about iGEM in the future.

2)Music Video : Recording a music video promoting lab safety
P: We decided to shoot the music video adapted from the song "Ring Ring Ring" to promote the relevant content of laboratory safety.
A: The plot of MV is mainly set as the new student who just entered the laboratory never pays attention to the standard operation in the laboratory, so he or she is very impatient with the guidance of his or her senior schoolmates, and finally realizes the importance of Lab safety after a series of experimental accidents due to his or her non-standard operation.
T: The dance is filmed by two different groups of protagonists, and the music video content and lyrics show some common mistakes in the lab to correct.
A: Later, we posted the music video on the bilibili, using NJTech-China's official account, and this video gained great attention.
T: Netizens have expressed their appreciation for our creative adaptation of knowledge popularization. The melody of pop songs and the adapted lyrics have impressed them deeply on knowledge, while the integration of dance and plot has made them realize the importance of standardized operation in the laboratory.
A: We are also very glad that people like our way of popular science, and people say that they have a strong resonance for the story of MV, because this MV is adapted and created based on real events, which happened in our laboratory and paid a price for.
T: Yes, we consulted and collected important but easily overlooked aspects of the experimental group's daily laboratory operation, hoping to share our experience and lessons in this way, so that everyone can pay attention to the standard laboratory operation.
