Overview
Protocols are the first step of the success of an experiment. This makes them vital for completing the
experimental procedures. So, during the lockdown, we wrote down all the protocols that we should use,
while during our experiments we added all the new protocols we used. Finally, it is worth mentioning
that these protocols were the foundations in order to begin our experiments.

Reporting the daily conducted experiments in detail is of great importance as it helps us organize
our experiments, always find our mistakes and eventually keep track of the correct
optimizations/changes in our protocols. It is very important to have all the protocols registered
correctly and in an organized manner, in order to be able to work more efficiently and record all
