We would especially like to thank our supervisors, Dr. B. Voss, Dr. M. Siemann-Herzberg and Dr. M. Heymann, who made it possible for us to participate in iGEM and were always available to us with expert knowledge and useful advice. Furthermore, we would like to thank the supervisors, E.
