Unfortunately due to COVID-19 restrictions our team could not create any contribution to the iGEM part registry. But instead we have created a system that can help future iGEM teams to plan their experiments much faster than it could be. Our lncRNA interaction predicting model will help researchers from all over the world to understand the molecular mechanisms of small molecule interactions. The prediction tool that we have created will become a very convenient way to plan the experiments with RNA, it will also save money and reagents usage.
