Meet the Team!

Luca Jones	Luca Jones is a senior at New York's Stuyvesant High School. He is currently 16 years old, turning 17 in February. His academic interests are primarily in the STEM fields, and in his free time, Luca likes to read, listen to music, play soccer, and hang out with friends.
Tom Jeong	Tom is a senior at Fulton Science Academy, a private school near Atlanta. He is interested in the field of applied mathematics, machine learning, and chemistry. This is his third year participating in iGEM. He likes to chill and enjoys playing basketball, playing songs on the guitar, and watching classic movies.
Justin Kim	Justin Kim is a senior at Stuyvesant High School in the lower westside of Manhattan, New York. He finds interest in cybersecurity and programming. Outside of academics, he leads the Stuyvesant wrestling team as the co-captain and enjoys spending much of his free time playing sports or playing drums in a band.
Gerard Lin	Gerard Lin is a senior at Stuyvesant High School in New York. He is interested in bioengineering and science writing. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and sprints competitively.
Jennifer Park	Jennifer Park is a senior at Dwight School in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. She is interested in the field of visual arts and global politics.
Yeju Moon	Yeju Moon is a junior at Stuyvesant High School in New York. She has many different hobbies, including drawing, dancing, playing the piano, and singing. She also plays many sports, such as tennis, fencing, track, and many more. Her interests In the STEM field, particularly math and computer science.
Justin Li	Justin Li is a rising senior at New York’s Stuyvesant High School. He is currently 16 years old, turning 17. His interests are broad, and include everything from STEM fields to literature and history.
Ariel Grinshpoon	Ariel Grinshpoon is a rising senior at Stuyvesant High School in New York. He has academic interests in both STEM fields and the humanities, primarily in biology and history. His hobbies include swimming, playing the piano, looking at maps, and playing video games.
Haesung Oh	Haesung is a rising Junior at Saint Mary’s College Preparatory High School, Manhasset. He is a 17 year old student who is eager to learn about the STEM field. He is a member of National Society of High School Scholars(NSHSS), and also a student Athlete. He was in the Varsity Soccer team as a Goalie and Defensive Tackle in Football. He is interested in performing Magic tricks and Mathematics.
Angela Kim	Angela Kim is a rising junior at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in New York City. She is a vocal major.
Bill Park	Bill is a rising senior at Asheville School, NC. He can erase 40 lines of tetris blocks in 45 seconds. He can play one piece in piano at decent level.
Raeyoung Kim	Raeyoung Kim is a rising junior at St. Mary’s High School in Manhasset, New york. She is 17 but turning 18 in September. She is interested in human anatomy and medical science. She loves listening to music of any genre, playing soccer and badminton, and appreciates the arts such as Monet or Edgar deGas. She also can play a few instruments - violin, piano, flute, and guitar.
Francisco Aum	Francisco Aum is a rising senior at Stuyvesant High School in Manhattan, New York. He has many interests in the STEM field, particularly chemistry and psychology. Francisco is a member of the track team and has other hobbies such as reading, playing his guitar, and learning new skills.
Nathan Kang	Nathan Kang is a rising senior at Stuyvesant High School in New York City. His academic interests lie mostly in the STEM field.
Joseph Jeon	Joseph Jeon is a rising junior at Stuyvesant High School in New York. He is interested in many STEM subjects, especially math and computer science. In his free time, Joseph enjoys playing tennis, taking walks in the park, and listening to music.
Javohir Abdurazzakov	Javohir Abdurazzakov is a rising senior at Stuyvesant High School. After coming from Samarkand, Uzbekistan, he has developed a deep passion in the STEM field, specifically in biomedical engineering research as well as software engineering in languages like Python, Java, and HTML. Outside of an academics, he enjoys various activities in and out of school. He loves being around his two older brothers and younger sister, and is a part of the Stuyvesant Robotics Team, Ethics Forum, and Model UN.
Jiae Kim	Jiae Kim is a senior at Tashkent International School in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. She is interested in political science and education. In her free time, she listens, performs, and composes music and reads philosophy magazines.
Sangeon Park	Sangeon Park is a senior at Great Neck South High School. He finds inspiration from any work that involves collaboration - even the small ones. He is also passionate in STEm, more specifically in mechanical and biomedical engineering. He is proficient in project management as well, after working as an intern for a private equity called Regal Healthcare for almost two years. Beyond academics, he enjoys playing soccer, taking walks with his friends and watching the sunset.
Jynn Lee	Jynn is a senior at Brooklyn Tech and enjoys playing video games in his free time.
Yunseo “Kimmy” Jeon	Yunseo “Kimmy” Jeon is a junior at Woodstock Academy. She is focused on patent law, history and technology.
Juhyoung Lee	Juhyoung Lee is a senior at Marianapolis Preparatory. His interests include design, economics and oceanography.
