Work Distribution
As the team leader, Shichong Wang is responsible for the team's experiment, hardware, and collaborating with other iGEM teams. Shichong is aided by two executive student leaders, Shihao Fang for modeling and Yandi Zhang for wet lab works. Our instructor Jiaheng Li designed the plasmids, he also worked closely with students in weekly planning and project execution. Also, the team's secondary PI Yiming Dong provided resources for human practice and acted as an advisor in sharing her input throughout the project.
Most students have finished at least a week of wet lab work, the rest mainly devoted their effort to human practice or early-stage planning. Details regarding work distribution are provided as follows:
