Experiments

Overview

Laboratory experiments were conducted in the following stages while attempting to prove proof of concept.

Model ScFv, target ligand, and chromogenic reagents
Modeling protein stability and theoretical binding affinity between ScFv and ligand
Design DNA and vectors for cloning
Clone DNA into pET vectors and express in respective E. Coli lines
Test binding affinity between ScFv and target ligand via ELISA.
