I am Wai Man, the PI for Team_Puiching Macau. This is my third year participating in iGEM. With the hard work of our team members and the support we have this year, I am sure we can achieve our goals.
Alisa Leong
Team Leader
Hi! I am Alisa Leong and I am the leader of our iGEM team. My primary responsibility is to coordinate the project and lead the entire team to work together. Being a leader of our team has not only brought me knowledge on genetic engineering but also the skill of collaboration. I am glad that I have this opportunity to participate in iGEM again and I believe that iGEM can enrich me and bring me valuable experiences.
Ieng Chon Li
Laboratory Coordinator
Hello! I am Ieng Chon Li, a student of Macau Pui Ching Middle School. This is my third year participating in the IGEM competition. I hope that we can do better than last year and hope that we can join the Giant Jamboree and meet other iGEMers this year. Participating in the IGEM experiment team can increase my knowledge about the genetic engineering aspect, and has greatly increased my curiosity about this. For me, participating in this competition is not only learning the knowledge in Science but also valuable experience, including collaborating with our teammates is also the main that I have learned through this project.

Hi! I am She Cho Cheng from Pui Ching Middle School. As I am into experiments, I became a teammate of the laboratory part. Far before the competition, I have already learned a lot about biology engineering in the preparatory stage. For my second time participating in iGEM competition, I am willing to continue enriching myself and gain experience through the competition. I am hoping to be a team player to gel with my other teammates. I will shape up and try my very best.
Pak Chong Cheong

Hi, I am Pak Chong Cheong, a secondary 5 student, studying in the Macau Pui Ching Middle School.This is my second year participating in the iGEM competitions and I served as the Outreach Coordinator of our team this year. We would like to achieve more in the Human Practice, Education and the SDG sectors. We aimed to promote our project to the public, especially in the local community and I am looking forward to achieving our project this year with my reliable teammates.

Hi! I am Chu Ka Chon and you can call me by my English name Bosco. Currently, I am a science class student studying at Pui Ching Middle School. As this is the first time I participate in the iGEM competition, I am still green at this contest. However, I will try my best to contribute more to the team. Even though my work here is to build models and establish the website while I have less experience in this domain, I will not give up and put out all the stops to make a better work. I am so honored to work for a successful team in this valuable competition. I am also hoping to learn more about biotechnology this year.
Chien Yueh Liu

Hi there! I am Chien Yueh Liu, or you can call me Gina. I am a secondary 3 student from Macau Pui Ching Middle School. This is my first year participating in iGEM. It is an honor to be one of the PuiChing iGEM team. I am responsible for Lab work, which means I do experiments in the laboratory. Moreover, I am an environmentalist. I take care of environmental issues like plastic pollution, so I would like to learn more with this project.

Hi, this is Lam Un Un. You can call me Tiffany as well. I am studying in the Macau Pui Ching Middle School, being a grade 10 student. This is my first year to join the iGEM team. I joined it because I am interested in biology. To me, being a teammate of the laboratory team is a quite big challenge, cause I am not good at doing experiments. But I learn as much as I can and also I enjoy it. This is my honour to join this team and I hope I can be a teammate with them again next year.

Hello, I am Wu Chan In, you can call me Merry as well. I study at Macau Pui Ching Middle School and I am a secondary five student. This is the second year I join the iGEM team. I join this team not only because I am interested in biology and chemistry, but also hope to be a doctor in the future. Last year I was a member of the modeling group and hardware group, but this year, I want to challenge myself, so I join the lab group. This year, I will try my best to use what I have learned in the lab. This year, I hope I can work better than last year, and contribute to the team.

Hello, I am Lam Chon Fai and feel free to call me Sam! As a secondary 6 student currently, I hope to spend my remaining days in high school wisely. Therefore, I took part in the IGEM competition in the previous semester after being so lucky to become a member of team PuiChing. Despite the fact that my dream is to work as a doctor in the future, I am not the one in charge of lab experiments. Instead, I am one of the web-designers and data-modellers in the team. Personally, I am ambitious to get the gold award from this competition. Hence, I am doing my best to be helpful in the team and work hard for a better future.

I am eager to learn biochemical knowledge during my time with the team. Hello, I am U Hoi Gao, a secondary 3 student from Macau Pui Ching Middle School. This is my first year participating in the iGEM competition. It’s my honour to be a member of the Team PuiChing_Macau. I serve as a graphic designer and a member of the Human Practice in this team. While doing the iGEM project this year, I learned a lot. Although my job is to assist my colleagues in order to have a better promotion and outlook, I still get a lot of knowledge from their work. Hi, I am Chi Tong Cheong, a secondary 5 student studying at Pui Ching Middle School. This is my first year participating in the iGEM competitions and I've acquired a lot about biology engineering in our project. Also, I served as a member of HP & Collab, a local research and data analysis group this year.
