This year, based on this part (BBa_K3644008), we created our new part (BBa_K3760002). An EF-1a promoter is added on 5' end of RfxCas13d gene, and a NLS is added on 3' end of RfxCas13d gene.
Through our cell expermients, the new part can work with this part (BBa_K3760011) to achieve our intended design purpose of koncking down ACE2. Detailed experimental results can be found in Proof of Concept.
