Shiyu Yu : As team leader, she organized and involved in all parts of iGEM project, including experiment design and instruction, human practices, communications, wiki etc.

Tingan Zhou : As team advisor, he assisted project design, experimental operations as well as gave plenty of valuable advice to the group of Human Practices.



Yongyi Zhang : As the only member of the group engaged in dry lab, he completed all the modeling work independently with his knowledge of mathematics and systems biology. Besides, he also assisted Xiaoyi to do a part of molecular work and responsible for writing scientific articles.

Yihui Wang : As the leader of human practices, she generates lots of ideas about science communication, she was responsible for planning and coordinating the HP tasks as well.

Ying Sun : As the leader of wet lab, she was responsible for planning and coordinating the experimental tasks, ensuing the research progress and recording every detail of the experiments.

Kaiyue Zheng : As the leader of design, she coordinated work assignments, mainly responsible for graphic design, video planning and editing, and web design.



Mengxuan Li : As the member of human practices, she participated in all parts of group work and mainly responsible for legal analysis so she composed the Guidance for Bio-cosmetics with Zihan.

Yuhan Zhang : As the member of human practices, she participated in the science popularization activities, prepared brochure and textbook for high school student and the public. Besides, she was responsible for interviewing with the Food and Drug Administration and the Market Supervision Administration, composed the Business plan as well.

Zihan Zhang : As the member of human practices, she mainly responsible for legal analysis, writing Guidance for Bio-cosmetics and scientific articles.

Yuxuan Xia : As the member of human practices, he mainly responsible for interviewing and investigating cosmetics companies, communicating with NGOs as well as writing scientific articles.

Xiaoyi Wu : As the core member of wet lab, she has participated in and competed all of the molecular experimental operation successfully.

Ziyi Yang : As the member of wet lab, she mainly working on fermentation and plotting growth curves of engineered strains.

Jieyu Sun : As the member of wet lab, she did parts of molecular and fermentation works; as the member of design, she designed the brochure Glowing Glowing Gone and some web pages.

Jiaqi Sun : As the member of design, she mainly responsible for beautification of web pages and graphic design of Guidance for Cosmetics.

Huiwen Zhu : As the member of design, she mainly responsible for web desgin and graphic design of Guidance for Cosmetics.

Chenxi Wang : As the member of design, she participated in the graphic design work (Logos, Save Coral Reefs at Risks and so on) at the early stage of iGEM project and web design.

Acknowledgements

This year, we've received many helps during the journey of our project. First, we would like to thank School of Biotechnology and Jiangnan University for their constant support and help us tackle all the possible problems we confronted during our project.

Plus, we would like to thank School of Chemical and Material Engineering, Jiangnan University, for their help when we just started our bio-cosmetics project, as well as School of Marine Science, Guangxi University, thank them for teaching us many knowledge of coral reefs and improving our project.

Then, we are pleased to acknowledge two iGEM teams, ShanghaiTech_China and GXU-China, for their invaluable assistance throughout the project. ShanghaiTech_China graciously helped us to complete the cytotoxicity experiments and GXU_China contacted School of Marine Science, Guangxi University for us.
