Xiwen Xie, Xinyu Ma, Siying Yang, members of wet-lab group1, put forward the idea of synthesis unsaturated fatty acid from glucose by taking advantage of ACP-fatty acid synthesis metabolic pathway in E.coli and conducted the experiments in spare time.

Ting Wang, Qi Shan, Xinyi Zhu, members of wet-lab group2, responsible for the constructing pathway in E.coli of fatty acid hydroxylation and polymerization to create the potential material for Bio-3D printing.

Xiao Xiao, Yunfeng Qu, Sijia Huang, Yifan Zhu, members of wet-lab group3, trying to synthesis functional collagen using expression system of prokaryotic E.coli, and did everything from designing to conducting.

Xinchen Yang, Yushuo Li, members of wet-lab group4, Yang is the designer of 3D scaffold model and testing materials for 3D printing; Li focused on the cell extracting and cultured of cultured meat.

Modeling

Yang Yang, Haichuan Xu, model builder, taking charge of anything encountered with mathematics and computer programming, and model or hardware (movable heavy metal collector) collaboration with SCAU-China and BIT-China. Although they are not major in biological related science, they built a model to put forward our design and experiments in the future.

Human practice

Yunfeng Qu, human practice leader, communicating everything regarding to human practice, participating in partnership and collaboration with BIT- China and SCAU-China, all scientific education, design of questionnaire, iGEM 2021 Beijing District meeting and interviewing experts from Nanjing Agricultural University and Jiangnan University.

Siying Yang, taking charge of all the working of team public number on Wechat (Announcement, Scientific education, Invitation and so on), joining in North China iGEM project meetup, and other propaganda work on Bilibili platform.

Xinyu Ma, designing scheme of interviewing experts, design of questionnaire, joining the North China iGEM project meetup, interviewing with expert from Nanjing Agricultural University, and scientific education with BIT-China

Video

Xinyi Zhu, the director of all videos (promotion video and presentation video), taking charge of writing script, filming videos and post-editing. All team members supported Xinyi Zhu from writing script, filming, art designing, acting, dubbing and extra.

Art design

Wentao lyu, Shuyu Zhang, they are the artists in our team with unbelievable creativity of any art design like team logo and painting of scientific education, scientific graphs and wiki.

Wiki

Xinwei Zhang, Weiliang Zhang, they are the computer geeks in our team just like Yang Yang and Haichuan Yang, using their wisdom to help us build this beautiful wiki to show our project to the world.

Ⅱ Lab Support

We thank Shuming Jin, Kenan Jia, Tianyi Wang, Yegui Zhou, Ruishuang Sun and all other lab members for providing tutoring while our team members are in the lab. And again, thanks to Shuming Jin and Kenan Jia who guides the wet-lab groups from beginning to the end, from designing to conducting.

Ⅲ PI and Instructor

We greatly appreciate our mentors Prof. Kaili Nie, Prof. Luo liu, Prof. Meng Qin for encouraging us throughout our iGEM experience. We are very grateful to our mentors for participating in our weekly meetings, providing guidance on our projects, and answering any questions we have at any time. And generously provide us financial support and laboratory spaces at Beijing University of Chemical Technology. We want to especially thank to Yongsheng Wong, who gives the team policy support from all aspects and providing comfortable dormitory in summer vacation for wet-lab team members, that helps the team to do the scientific research smoothly.

Ⅳ Interviewer

We would like to thank the experts Prof. Shijie Ding (Nanjing Agriculture University), Prof. Xin Guan (Jiangnan University) who took the time to provide professional advice on our project. Their advice is a valuable resource for determining the direction and design of our project. Thanks to them a lot!
