We have added 3 new basic parts and 4 composite parts to the registry with information of its sequences and some details from the literature. These parts come from key modules of our biosensor constructs such as the transcriptional amplifiers, intracellular arsR control systems and the violet reporter.
Parts overview

Synthetic biology laboratory manual:
At the beginning of the competition some team members encountered difficulties with the accessibility of reliable information, especially in spanish. For this reason we found that it was a great idea to research, compile, translate and materialize several of the most used techniques in synthetic biology laboratories into a comprehensive and easy to understand laboratory manual. During its development, it helped several of us understand many of the basic steps for the experiments we are planning to conduct, and we hope it will also be of great help to other Spanish-speaking teams who have encountered similar difficulties.
Device manual:
We elaborated a very detailed manual for our device which includes instructions for assembly, correct use, 3D models, exact dimensions for its parts and some downloadable files for 3D printing. We hope it will also be of great help to other future projects with similar hardware in mind.
