CCU Taiwan
We collaborated with the CCU Taiwan team. We held online meetings, discussing our projects and our similar research direction. We handled the Greek translation of their picture book (“The War on Germs”).
We also managed to find a way to make this book accessible for the public through a website. In this way, we contributed to the international promotion of this book. Additionally, the Taiwan team provided us with some information about poultry farms in their country.
Tübingen
Another collaboration was between our team and iGEM Team Tübingen. Our collaboration started with presenting our projects and commenting on each other's work. We exchanged ideas and tips about our project’s design and Human Practices.
More specifically, we answered some questions about their podcast production and shared some ideas for their info-posts on social media. Thus, we excitingly contributed to some extent to their communication activities. Furthermore, they gave us their thoughts on the design of our project, helping us substantially in shaping our final project.
iGEM Postcards collaboration
iGEM Duesseldorf holds a postcard project every year in order to connect different teams from all around the world. These postcards also include information about the teams and their projects.
After the cards are ready, those are sent to the participating teams. This year, 87 teams from 5 different continents participated and we were one of them. It was a great experience sending messages in this old-fashioned but heart-warming way!
