Parts Collection

Below is a list of links to parts that we have designed with extensive help and guidance from Kenneth Ng.

The parts are separated into 2 big collections for the detection kit (extensive proof has been constructed), and our future work that is not intended to complete this year - antimicrobial peptide synthesis in tag free method (see registry page for pilot testing). First is the 41001 to 41008, which 41001 to 41004 allows the construction of a positive control template to test all the primers and crRNA. The 41005 to 41008 allows teams to clone into a plasmid, cut with XbaI and directly use it to generate/transcribe the crRNAs that we proved to work for detection. However, team would require a T7 transcription kit.

The 41009 to 41021 is a big set of a system that we plan for future work, it is a protein expression and purification system that only requires centrifuge but doesn't require any his-tag or expensive reagent. We have already ran some pilot test for other teams so it also count as contribution, and how to use the system properly. meanwile, the 41012 to 41014 are the deep learning modified peptide, they are yet to be proven but soon enough :).
