Safety First
All team members performing lab activities received the training certification required by Concordia University's Environmental Health and Safety. Additionally, autoclave training was done through Concordia University's Department of Biology to ensure safe use of the autoclaves.
All organisms and parts used by the team are part of iGEM's Whitelist.
All team members doing work in person followed the required COVID-19 safety protocols.
No release of our organisms was planned and it did not occur.
