Modeling serves as a powerful tool in Synthetic Biology, as it serves as a way to verify our findings and depict relationships between several parameters. In particular, since we were unable to conduct experiments in the fall, our models served as a way to strengthen our project and visualize our predicted results.
We also used protein modeling to model the interaction between aptamer and biomarker and visualize their interaction in a three dimensional manner.
