Introduction

In addition to attending iGEM meetups in person at the College of William & Mary and virtually at Wright State University, we collaborated with other teams in order to improve our project while also helping other synthetic biology researchers.

William and Mary

We sent samples of our plasmids to William and Mary iGEM to be tested by their project, Orthogonality, a method for assessing the potential for pathway orthogonality in synthetic chassis.

MSU/OSU Wiki Slack

After presenting at a meetup hosted by Wright State iGEM, we joined the MSU/OSU Website Collaboration Slack server to collaborate on Wiki construction.

Using iGEM WikiSync

We used the iGEM WikiSync Python library developed by the 2020 iGEM BITS Goa team to facilitate uploading our Wiki to iGEM's website.
