This page consists of our experimentation handbook and a lab bulletin that describes our short but meaningful journey in the lab. We got lab access in the last week of August and we knew it was too late to perform any characterisation experiments. Keeping this in mind, we curated a handbook so that if other teams want to continue our work, they have a reference. This handbook has a variety of experiments for each aspect of our project such as delivery of endophytes, lethal dose concentration of the Cry1ab toxin etc. Although our iGEM season may be over, we intent to try to continue experimentation.
