We included information from the literature for use and biology of the parts.</p><h1>How to fund</h1><p>Funding is a challenge for all iGEM teams, but for teams from developing countries, it's a challenge even harder to complete. That is why the SynFronteras Team elaborated a report that can help teams who are struggling with this topic or may be a little lost on how to begin. You can find the document <a href="https://static.igem.org/mediawiki/2021/b/bd/T--UNILA_LatAM--How_to_fund.pdf">here</a>.</p><h1>Potential Cell Lysis Mechanisms for <i>Bacillus subtilis </i> Table</h1><p>In the partnership with team FCB-UANL, we created a table of potential cell lysis mechanisms for <i>Bacillus subtilis </i>. This table can be used by future teams that want to work with this chassis. You can access the table <a href="https://zenodo.org/record/5553126#.YXBAK-rMJH5">here</a>.</p><h1>Software</h1><p>We built the Carpincho Toehold Designer, a Toehold switch generator for B. subtilis to detect the uptake of miRNAs from the extracellular environment. Although even growing number of design tools for these riboregulators, we use a combination of NUPACK and ViennaRNA packages to generate thermodynamic values, ensemble defects, pairing probability and images of the conformation of secondary structures. The code is open source and available for everyone who wants to work with NUPACK package for python.</p></article></div></div></div></main><footer><div class="container" id="contfoot"><div id="div1"
