responsible for composing our strategy of paratransgenesis in the fight against leishmaniasis transmission. The basic parts are sequences designed during the development of our system and are used to form composite parts. Both classes of sequences can compose a Device that conducts an operation on the chassis. Also, we present the Kill the Leishmania Collection, a collection of our favorite parts that can be applied in approaches beyond paratransgenesis.</p><p>Although we could not test all parts, we provided detailed information or modeling of parts not evaluated in the Wet Lab. Due to COVID-19, we had difficulty accessing the laboratory, which made it impossible for us to evaluate all the drawn parts. However, we were able to assemble the parts BBa_K4075008 and BBa_K4075013, but transform only the part BBa_K4075008 into E. coli BL21(DE3) to evaluate the functionality of proDRS-N1.</p><h2>Part Collection</h2><p>This season our main focus was testing the Elimination Module, which motivated us to design a new strategy for modularizing the toxicity of AMPs. That's why we offer <strong>Kill the Leishmania Collection</strong>, a collection of parts that gathers AMPs and pro-peptides.
