Project Design
The initial experience of the project was inspired by our collaborative team iBowu-China's cancer project last year and by the inspiration given to the group in a literature. All team members were involved in this work.

Plasmid synthesis
Our initial plasmid was synthesized with the help of BGI, who also gave us expression optimization of our plasmid profile, thanks to them.

Protein Purification
We would also like to give special thanks to the BGI-write Corporation company that performed the protein purification experiments for us. Since our lab does not have protein purification equipment, we commissioned BGI-write Corporation to help us with our protein purification work.
