As the team leader of Team NTU-Singapore, I oversee all aspects of the team. For an educational event with the Team NUS-Singapore, I was in charge of programming the game. I assisted different team members with some of the elements of the project, specifically Prasham for the business plan and Victor for the diagnostic assay.

As the electronics lab leader, I was responsible for designing a COVID-19 diagnostic assay that is able to produce accurate results in under an hour as rapid detection is key for preventing the spread. I was also under the collaboration team and I attended meetings with some of the teams that we were collaborating with.

As the biological lab leader, I was mostly involved in all aspects relating to the biological lab of the project. I conducted experiments to help with the proof-of-concept. I also assisted in mentoring the ASIJ-Tokyo team.

As a member of the Wiki team, I designed part of the Wiki page for the team together with the rest of the Wiki team. I worked with the collaboration and outreach team to collect information from them to be included in the Wiki. I am also doing experiment in the biological lab.

As a member of the Wiki team, I designed and coded the page with the wiki team. I collected information from other members of the team and put into the wiki page with the rest of the wiki team. I was involved in doing experiment in the biological lab and collected results to be put into the wiki.

As a member of the human practice team, I assisted Tanya in coming up with questions for the interviews. I conducted interviews through zoom and phone calls to research the need and understand the point of view of people from various backgrounds. I also assisted the collaboration and outreach team in some of their meetings. I also conducted several experiments in the lab.

As the leader of the outreach and collaboration team, I am in charge of all the communications between our team and other teams and set up all meetings. In addition, I led the team to ensure all of us did our part in collaboration with other teams. I came up with part of the content for the education workshop with the rest of the outreach team. The collaboration team mainly assisted with arranging for interviews with the human practices team as well. As a member of the biological lab, I also conducted experiment in the lab.

As the leader of the human practice team, I came out with suitable interview questions for both COVID-19 and cancer. Moreover, I conducted the interviews, created the report and analysed their responses after the interviews. I also attended some meetings with the collaboration and outreach team. As part of the biological lab, I conducted some experiments in the lab as well.

As the leader of the Wiki team, I was responsible for designing and coding the Wiki page for our team using HTML, CSS and Javascript and organised meetings for the Wiki team. I also illustrated all the diagrams and visuals available on the Wiki. In addition, I created the team logo.

I also conducted interviews through zoom. For educational outreach, I researched the educational content of synthetic biology for the collaboration workshop with NUS targeting Junior College and secondary school students.

As a member of the Wiki team, I assisted with the Wiki as I am familiar with coding and website development. As I came in slightly earlier than the rest of the the members, I decided to help with the prototyping by purchasing some of the components and testing with some circuits for the device.

As the member of the human practice team, I was in charge of conducting some of online interviews with current or graduating students from different nations regarding their concerns under the COVID-19 pandemic and caner. Besides, I supported the collaboration team in their meeting with GXU-China, helping with communication, translation of the survey and modifying survey questions in the Chinese version.

As the leader of the entrepreneurship team, I was responsible for formulating the business plan. My role in the human practice team was to design the surveys and subsequently analyse their results. As a part of the collaboration team, I was the team representative for the iGEMxSDG challenge hosted by TAS Taipei. In addition, I helped in creating the content for the educational videos with the Team NUS-Singapore.
