Introduction

For our team, the iGEM 2021 competition started in January with the recruitment of some new team members.
Half of the students from the 2020 edition decided to continue the adventure which allowed us to continue the project we started last year.
The new members were brought up to speed as fast as possible and the work began again.

Our institution does not teach an iGEM or synthetic biology course, but we do have a long molecular biology course.
The fact that we had members and advisors from the previous Nantes team made everything a lot easier.
Old team members knew how iGEM works and we helped the newest students to catch up fast.

The whole team would like to give a huge thanks to our supervisors and instructors:
Dr. Laëtitia Rolland-Gautreau, Dr. Paul Déléris, Dr. Emilie Camberlein, Dr. Magali Le Breton, Dr. Thierry Dintinger and Dr. Gregory Montiel
for always being there for us, ready to answer any questions we might have had, help us when we had problems and simply being present for us.
This would have not been possible without their help.

Every team member participated in the creation of the wiki by pulling all-nighters to finish their part.

Here you can read each individual attribution.
