Our Lovely and Beautiful Mentors
Melody Wu
Melody Wu is our amazing undergraduate student mentor, who worked closely with us from the beginning of our project. Drawing on her own experiences as a recent iGEM participant, she helped us identify bottle necks in our work and ways we could improve our experimental designs, while encouraging us to look after our mental health.
Gael Chambonnier
Dr. Gael Chambonnier mentored us during the project development and provided guidance at the bench.
Justin Kaskow
Justin Kaskow is one of our graduate student mentors, who worked with the team develop initial project ideas and helped supervise wet lab work in the BioMaker Space. He taught us about techniques for protein characterization during the teamβs bootcamp sessions at the beginning of the season.
