- Send out a google form on slack asking for the teams interested in being part of the organizing committee. (Refer Participation form for more details)
- Organize a meeting with the interested teams.
- Draft emails for the speakers and keep them ready.
- Non-symposium discussions: For iHP, Look for previous teams stakeholders and contact them, contact sea6, should we ask Thomas / some faculty member to mail the companies?
