- Questions:
- Just sucrose production? Insoluble salt of succinate? for final extraction (like calcium succinate)
- Bioreactor - aerobic, how are we introducing the co2 into the bioreactor
- the limiting reagent in most bioreactors is oxygen, using fans/bubbling in gases into the reactor
- will need continuous buffering maybe, if we're gonna try for bicarbonate as the co2 source, as it will take
- Contamination: are we sure that the contamination is lesser in the coculture? she's not sure it's true.
- problems from phages
- proportion of the two coculture members, their equilibrium
- if we can't justify the contamination point, we can spin another point that we get the modularity/scope from the coculture/two organisms

- when will the coculture crash from the acidic
- Constraint based modelling for cocultures:
- what is the optimal ratio for cyano : ecoli
- try dry-runs of different ratios of the optimal ratio
- there are growth disadvantages with every knockout that we do
- try our best to get our strain
