- receive sucrose producing strain from Pakrasi lab, may not be able to share it with us due to the MTA they had signed
- will do engineering in cyanobacteria to further produce some aldehydes, they also obtained a yeast strain that is producing some precursor substance which they need to further convert into a final product, the final products from both cyano and yeast will be used to create perfume fragrance, which is emitted violet flowers, which are a local heritage at flower
- their HP is focused on the fragrance industry which is pretty huge in France
- they weren't aware of what their modelling was focused on i think
- they were open to a long term partnership with us
- we should speak to their wetlab, dry lab and hp teams properly
