Part Collection
We developed a great collection of silica binding tags which can be assembled with any protein for immobilisation, purification or high-throughput screening. The tags are compatible with Phytobrick standard and designed for use in JUMP assembly (Golden Gate cloning). We also developed composite parts of tags assembled with sfGFP for characterisation of binding affinities/tag performance. This will allow other researchers to optimise their own protocols for immobilisation.
